Now you don't have to remember. This series of mini reminders will hang on the wall above your desk or in your hallway to prompt you whenever you notice it.
This one is yellow with an all over print of birds, trees, and binoculars and the words 'Get out side' in white. All designed using handmade paper collage.
Printed in the UK onto a linen/cotton mix fabric using water based inks then handmade by me into little double sided wall hangings. They have a wooden pole through the top with chunky white cord to hang it by.

Drop from cord is roughly 7cm so the full height will be about 20cm
